Nestled conveniently close to the iconic Duomo and principal streets in Florence, we had swift access to local shops and restaurants, making it an ideal spot for first-time visitors. The apartment's spaciousness was certainly a plus, outfitted with a kitchen that included cookware, which is a welcome feature for families on the go. The flat-screen TV and efficient air conditioning were nice touches, adding to the comfort of our stay. Having a fridge for our family snacks was particularly useful after a long day of sightseeing. The stay wasn't without its drawbacks. The noise from the street and some questionable activities in the vicinity affected our experience. We raised these concerns with the management, but unfortunately, there was little response. In weighing luxury against value, Domus Duomo offers a fair balance, especially with free Wi-Fi and a simple self-check-in process. Just be mindful of the surroundings; this place suits those focused on location over quietude. A practical choice for budget-conscious travelers.
